Technical Recruiting of Engineeers, designers, high level professional. Develop and cultivate new candidates for specific positions. Utilize creative networking and recruiting techniques to source diverse pools of candidates across multiple disciplines through the use of the Internet, social media and all on-line resources.Build and maintain a high volume candidate pipeline to support current and anticipated requirements.Identify qualified passive and active applicants (local and national, by position), conduct screening interviews, coordinate onsite interviews and close candidates.Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.Manage process through from initial interviews to placement.Manage the relationship with the applicants, ensuring that every applicant has a professional and positive experience.
